You might (or might not) remember, but the first contract fell through around the middle of April, which was a huge disappointment. It was of no fault of Kathleen’s, but I have to say, she was super optimistic and really got us back in “selling mode” in short order. The next contract was a little challenging because the buyers wanted one of our other lots that wasn’t originally part of the deal and Kathleen navigated through all of that like a champion!
